Preserving Your Family History in the Digital Age

Cancelled!  This program will be rescheduled.

Although not paper, born-digital files, such as emails, genealogical software files, and digital photographs, are an integral part of your family history collection and legacy. Stephanie Call, Associate Director of Archives and Education at the Wyner Family Jewish Heritage Center at American Ancestors and NEHGS, will show you how to make sure these important files are cared for and incorporated into your preservation activities.

Stephanie Call, Associate Director of Archives and Education, has been with the Wyner Family Jewish Heritage Center at NEHGS since 2007 (when it was the New England Archives of the American Jewish Historical Society). She is responsible for overseeing the JHC archival collections, creating educational programming and content, and conducting outreach. Stephanie received a B.A. in English and Jewish Studies from Mount Holyoke College and a M.S. in Library and Information Science with a concentration in Archives Management from Simmons College. She is a member of the Society of American Archivists and the New England Archivists.
