Chef Kerrie from Atria Senior Living will prepare crabcake appetizers with a spicy pepper mayo, cucumber surimi cup appetizers, and surimi salad bread roll-ups. Wine will be paired with this menu. Easy chocolate walnut cranberry fudge will complete the menu.
