This week teens can take home clay and paint kits to make their own moon trinket tray. All materials and instructions are provided. Kits are for rising 6th-12th graders, and only 1 kit per teen is allowed. Kits are put out on Monday morning and will stay out for the week while supplies last. Quantities are limited.
Teens are welcome to pick up a photo block art kit in the Teen Area starting Monday morning. Decorate and paint your own block with photo holder, all materials and glow in the dark stars included! Kits are for teens in rising 6th-12th grade only, and only 1 kit per teen is allowed. Kits are out for the week, but they are first come first served and quantities are limited.
For the first week of our Summer Reading Make and Take kits, Candy Sushi is BACK! Pick up one of the kits and make your own creative candy sushi at home, with all ingredients and instructions provided. Kits can be found in our Teen Area. Kits are only for those entering grades 6-12, and only 1 kit per teen is allowed.
Today is the day! Registration opens for all ages for our Summer Reading program. Adults and teens in rising grades 6-12 should go to the Reference Desk to sign up in person and receive their registration goodies (while supplies last). Children should go downstairs to the Children's Room and staff can sign them up down there. There is NO online registration this year.
Teens! Try your hand at creating your own Boba Tea drink at home! Teens in grades 6-12 are invited to come grab a kit over April Vacation. (You will need to supply your own favorite tea but we will provide everything else).
Please, 1 kit only per teen. While supplies last.
Stop in with a pre-washed graphic t-shirt and learn how to make a No-Sew Tote. It's easy - even for non-crafters. No registration required! For grades 6 - 12 (no younger siblings please!)
