Family Drop-in Craft Night

Join us for a fun and creative Drop-In Craft Night at the library on Tuesday, May 12, from 5:00–7:00 PM! Families can enjoy hands-on crafts together (while supplies last) and learn more about foster care and how to make a difference in a child's life with our partners from Communities for People. Stop by, get crafty, and explore ways to support your community!

Teen Lock-In Mini Golf with One Up Games

One Up Games is coming, this time with LED Mini Golf! Teens in grades 6-12 are invited to come play mini golf and have pizza/snacks with their friends. Registration is required, along with a permission slip for being in the library after-hours and conduct expectations. (Sorry, no younger siblings/friends allowed). Kick off our Teen Summer Reading program with good vibes!

Registration opens June 15.

Rhode Island Colony Tapestry Viewing Party

Join Karen Katin from the Stitchery to hear about the Rhode Island panel from the America's Tapestry Project that celebrate the nation's 250th anniversary. Hand embroidered and sewn by Karen and other local volunteers, this will be your only chance to see our state's panel until the entire project goes on tour in 2027. Karen will give a brief talk about 10:30 about the project, and will be available for the remainder of the time to answer questions and for patrons to drop in to see the tapestry.
