Create your very own fused glass pendant or magnet with colorful pre-cut glass in this easy, fun class. Deenie Pacik Giuliano will walk participants through creating their own fused glass creation. All ages: adults, and children ages nine and up. Children ages 9-12 must be supervised one-on-one by an adult. No exceptions as this is a safety issue. No experience necessary.
Teens in grades 6-12 are invited to join us for their own YouTube paint night! We supply everything you need, including the online tutorial and snacks, and you provide the fun and creativity! This program uses acrylics, so please dress in clothes you might not mind a little paint on. Registration is limited and required, so please sign up fast, and if you need to cancel, let us know asap so that room can open for someone else.
Did you join us for cooking up some pizza skulls last year? They are back! Teens will create their own pizza skulls and cook them to perfection, then enjoy melting cheese and gooey fillings as they eat them up for dinner!

Join us for a book talk, reading, and signing from local Portsmouth authors Kyra Rose and Kacey Victoria S. They both wrote and published books for their senior projects at Portsmouth High School, and will be here to talk about the process, read an excerpt, and do a signing. Learn everything you need to know to safely and confidently use a sewing machine in this introductory class with Karen Katin from The Stitchery! All materials will be provided to make a simple project. No experience or machine necessary, use one of our 8 Brother sewing machines.
All ages - Come see the night sky! We will have telescopes and volunteers will be on hand to point out objects in the night sky. There will be activities in the library as well. Program will be canceled if it rains. Please register for this free program for all ages so we have enough supplies for all who attend.
