Marie is back with more chair yoga exercises! Chair yoga is a gentle approach to Yoga that is practiced sitting in a chair, and, often, standing using our chair. Participants receive all the benefit of Yoga: balance, flexibility, strength, circulation, concentration, stress reduction, relaxation.
Prepare to gain strength, confidence, and discover more benefits of Yoga. Also, guided methods of breathing exercises will be introduced to help relieve tension and relax more.
Please bring your yoga mat and a bottle of water if you like!
This program is free and open to the public but a reservation is required. Class size is limited to 18 people. No walk-ins permitted.
