Marie is back with more chair yoga exercises! Chair yoga is a gentle approach to Yoga that is practiced sitting in a chair, and, often, standing using our chair. Participants receive all the benefit of Yoga:
- Helps with Balance
- Improves flexibility
- Strengthens muscles
- Improves Blood Circulation
- Helps with Concentration
- Lowers stress
- Provides relaxation
Prepare to gain strength, confidence, and discover more benefits of Yoga. Also, guided methods of breathing exercises will be introduced to help relieve tension and relax more.
Please bring your yoga mat and a bottle of water if you like!
