Marie is back with more chair yoga exercises! Chair yoga is a gentle approach to Yoga that is practiced sitting in a chair, and, often, we also stand utilizing our chair. Participants receive all the benefit of Yoga:

- Improves flexibility
- Strengthens muscles
- Improves Blood Circulation
- Helps with Concentration
- Lowers stress
- Provides relaxation
This class is for anyone at any age. Prepare to gain strength, confidence, and discover more benefits of Yoga. Also, guided methods of breathing exercises will be introduced to help relieve tension and relax more.
This is a series of 5 chair yoga sessions. Please bring your yoga mat and a bottle of water if you like! Masks are optional for this program.
