Chair Yoga with Marie Brennan-Chasin

Chair yoga is a gentle approach to Yoga that is practiced sitting in a chair, and, often, we also stand utilizing our chair.  Participants receive all the benefit of Yoga:

  • Helps with Balance
  • Improves flexibility
  • Strengthens muscles
  • Improves Blood Circulation
  • Helps with Concentration
  • Lowers stress
  • Provides relaxation
This class is for anyone at any age.  Prepare to gain strength, confidence, and  and discover more benefits of Yoga.  Also, guided methods of breathing exercises will be introduced to help relieve tension and relax more.
This is a series of 5 chair yoga sessions.  Bring your yoga mat if you have one.  Masks are optional for this program.
