Level Up at Your Library! – Summer Reading 2025
Get ready for an adventure in reading with this year’s Summer Reading Program: Level Up at Your Library!Open to all kids entering Pre-K through 5th grade, this program is designed to celebrate the joy of reading, creativity, and discovery!
How It Works:
When you sign up at the Children’s Desk starting June 9, you'll receive a gift bag packed with fun surprises, including your official reading log!
Your mission? Read for 20 minutes a day and color in one space on your log for each day you read. Every time you complete 5 days (100 minutes) of reading, you earn a raffle ticket for exciting prize baskets! You don’t have to come in every 5 days, just track your progress and bring your log in whenever you're ready to collect tickets.
Finish 40 days or 800 minutes of reading, and you’ve completed the program!
- You’ll earn a completion raffle ticket.
- PLUS choose a free book from the prize cart!
Reading counts in all forms! Whether your child reads independently, listens to a caregiver or sibling, or enjoys audiobooks, it all counts.
Bonus Challenge: Reading Log BINGO!
The back of your reading log features a BINGO card full of fun and creative reading prompts. Complete any row of 5 squares to earn one extra raffle ticket! You can only win once, but we dare you to fill the whole card just for fun!
The program runs from June 9 through August 16, 2025, so there’s plenty of time to level up your reading skills and earn great prizes.
