Please stop by the Library to hear local author Joe Salerno talk about his new book The Decision, about a well-respected attorney, Jonathan Silverman, who finds himself drawn into the tumultuous worlds of pharmaceutical research and criminal enterprise. As Jonathan contemplates representing the company, his father is diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s. Despite his world being turned upside down by the devastating prognosis, agreeing to defend the company will provide him with an opportunity to fight for a groundbreaking therapy that may help his father.
Portsmouth resident Joe Salerno is an avid golfer and bridge player. Having witnessed the impact of dementia firsthand, he has become an advocate of the work done by the Alzheimer's Association. His new book will be available for purchase and signing.
