
Guided wellness workshop for adults focused on stress awareness, emotional wellness, self-reflection, and practical tools for creating more calm and consistency in daily life. The session will include guided journaling, education on stress and wellness, and quiet reflective activities in a supportive environment. Facilitated by a Registered Nurse and Board-Certified Nurse Coach.
