Marie is back with more chair yoga exercises! Chair yoga is a gentle approach to Yoga that is practiced sitting in a chair, and, often, standing using our chair. Participants receive all the benefit of Yoga: balance, flexibility, strength, circulation, concentration, stress reduction, relaxation. This program is free and open to the public but a reservation is required. Class size is limited to 18 people. No walk-ins permitted.
