Facilitated by a Registered Nurse and Board-Certified Nurse Coach, you will be guided in this reflective workshop focused on: - Understanding stress and how it shows up in the body - Noticing patterns that contribute to overwhelm - Exploring habits, energy, and emotional wellbeing - Simple tools to create calm and consistency in daily life - Guided journaling and reflection This is not a lecture and not a therapy group. It’s a calm space for self-awareness and practical reset tools you can take into everyday life. If you’re ready for a pause, this space is for you!
