One of the best parts of the Summer Reading Program is earning raffle tickets for chances to win amazing prize baskets! Throughout the summer, children can earn tickets filled with opportunities to win books, toys, games, crafts, and other fun surprises selected just for young readers.
There are several ways to earn raffle tickets during the program:
- Every 5 days of reading (20 minutes per day) = 1 raffle ticket
- Complete a reading challenge in your reading log = 1 raffle ticket (up to 4 challenge tickets total)
- Reach 30 days of reading on the reading log = 1 raffle ticket + a free book to keep!
Prize baskets will be displayed in the Children’s Room all summer long. Each basket will have its own matching raffle container, allowing children to place tickets into the prizes they are most excited to win. Want to focus on one favorite basket? Go for it! Want to spread your luck around? You can do that too!
The more you read, the more chances you earn to win.
The final day to earn and submit raffle tickets is Friday, August 14, 2026. Winning tickets will be drawn shortly after the program concludes.
