Teen YouTube Paint Night

Teens in grades 6-12 are invited to join us for their own YouTube paint night! We supply everything you need, including the online tutorial and snacks, and you provide the fun and creativity! This program uses acrylics, so please dress in clothes you might not mind a little paint on. Registration is limited and required, so please sign up fast, and if you need to cancel, let us know asap so that room can open for someone else.

Teen Pizza Skulls

Did you join us for cooking up some pizza skulls last year? They are back! Teens will create their own pizza skulls and cook them to perfection, then enjoy melting cheese and gooey fillings as they eat them up for dinner!

This program is for teens in grades 6-12 only, and registration is REQUIRED. Space is limited.

Extraordinary Women of Portsmouth with Gloria Schmidt

Spanning more than three centuries of Rhode Island’s history, the Women of the East Bay Exhibition recognizes and celebrates women who have made a difference in their communities.  This exhibition is currently on display at Portsmouth Free Public Library.  Four Portsmouth women are part of this exhibition - Anne Hutchinson, Julia Ward Howe, Sarah Eddy and Emeline Eldredge.  Gloria Schmidt of the Portsmouth Historical Society will share what she has learned about the lives and contributions of each of these women.
