Visit the Ocean State Libraries eZone to access e-books and e-audiobooks through our library apps: Palace and Libby.
All books and audiobooks you borrow, whether designated Libby or Palace, can be accessed in the Palace app, along with thousands of openly licensed books in the Palace Bookshelf which are yours to keep and read for as long as you'd like.
The Palace app syncs with your Libby account to display your current holds and borrowed titles. In the Libby app, you will only see the Libby books you've borrowed. In Palace, you will see both the Libby and Palace books you've borrowed.
Having trouble? Visit us at the library with your device and passwords. You may also submit an online help request. We will need the following information:
- What app are you using — Libby or Palace?
- Your library card number
- Title that is causing issues
- Website or mobile device?
- Any error message showing on your device and/or a description of the issue
- If applicable, the mobile device make, model, and operating system version
- If applicable, the computer type and operating system version
- If applicable, the web browser name and version
