Meet the Chef

Chef Kerrie from Atria Senior Living will be here to show us some great recipes!  This program is funded by the RI Foundation.

On April's menu: Chef Kerrie from Atria Senior Living will prepare littleneck clams prepared 2 ways (Sicilian and Portuguese), mussels prepared 2 ways (steamed and mussels au gratin), served with crusty garlic baguettes.  Wine will be paired with this menu.  An added treat - Atria's special cookies will be served, too!

On May's menu: Chef Kerrie from Atria Senior Living will prepare crabcake appetizers with a spicy pepper mayo, cucumber surimi cup appetizers, and surimi salad bread roll-ups.  Wine will be paired with this menu.  Easy chocolate walnut cranberry fudge will complete the menu.
