All ages 12-102 are welcome to our Young Adult Fiction Book Club, held on the last Tuesday of every month at 6:30. Refreshments are served, and a lively discussion of that month's book is enjoyed! No registration required.

Rare book expert/Antiques Road Show appraiser Kenneth Gloss

Kenneth Gloss, proprietor of the internationally known Brattle Book Shop in Boston’s Downtown Crossing section, will give a free and open talk about the value of old and rare books.  Ken, who is also a frequent guest appraiser on PBS’ Antiques Roadshow, will talk in part about the history of his historic bookshop (www.brattlebookshop.com), which goes back to circa 1825. He is a second-generation owner.

Stay Safe Online

Learn how to stay safe online.  FTCM(SS) Joseph Bransfield will discuss what sorts of scams and computer viruses are out there, the best methods to prevent attacks through your computer, smartphone or landline, and how to report attacks once they have occurred.  He has spent more than 20 years working in information security.

Murder, Manslaughter and Mayhem on the Southcoast with author Red Cummings
